Nice taste, you get used to it and it gives you a boost of energy, while I was drinking this, I was waking up early and having energy to work out, that combination made me loose like 15 pounds! but hey! you have to workout this is not a miracle fat burn elixir that you drink and sit all day! I'll keep it in my buying list, kind of expensive but it's worth. big bottle, last like a whole month and a half taking 2 doses daily. They come sealed but reading other reviews they tend to arrive with the cap broken, maybe that's a shipping fault, but as long as they have a seal on them it's safe.

I like the taste of this, kinda sweet and tangy. It's a little hot due to the ingredients and my mouth was on fire every time I used it but now it doesn't even bother me. I drink this in the morning on an empty stomach to get my day started. I'm not sure how well it works because I haven't been on a diet but I think it helps to burn calories.

This is my 3rd time repurchasing. I mix with water and take on an empty stomach in the morning. I love the lemon flavor and I do feel like it makes me sweat more when I workout.
