New Chair Glides for Homecrest Chairs
I replaced my old glides as they were worn beyond use, hopefully no more chairs screeching across the patio. These fit in the holes, but not as snug as I would have thought. Four stars as they do fit, but not sure how long they will last. A good value - I needed 16, so I have some extra.

Good Replacement
It was a force fit so not easy to install. I found that using slip lock pliers to press them in worked best on my swivel chairs. Would have helped if they were tapered at the insertion end to get them started. They are made of nylon and flexible which in my case was critical. Durability on our paver patio TBD. Should be as good or better than the originals which were 1/2 inch versus 3/4 inch for the replacement.

Don't fit unless you cut over half the stem off. Hollow thin junk.
These are hollow with stems twice as long as they should be. Worthless junk.

drill 17/64 hole for an easy fit
The product measures a few thousandths of an inch over the 1/4" product published diameter I found the easiest installation was afforded by either a drill size of 1/4" or 17/64". I recommend the 17/64" or the 1/4" wiggled a bit to make the hole a little bigger. In either case a spot of silicone adhesive was used to make the installation a breeze.

Easy install
Make sure hole is 1/4” then just tap with a nylon hammer. I have a hammer with rubber on one end and nylon on other. So made the install easy. Fit great and I hope they last.

Love the product, had to make the holes bigger in my chairs.
