I started taking this recently in combination with iron to try and reverse premature greying in my hair. It's far too soon to comment on the results of this, but I will update in the future. The copper tablets are small and easy to swallow, with no aftertaste, which is great. I like that they come in a small pouch although ideally it would be biodegradable and not made of plastic, but it is still better than a huge plastic bottle. Overall I think this is a good, absorbable form of copper to take if you need to supplement it.

They're made in the UK so scores points originally for that. They're really small so very easy to take - I'm used to taking big tablets so not an issue for me though anyway.They're made in a readily absorbable form - some copper in multi vits are likely to just pass through your digestive system. On that note, just make sure you aren't 'over dosing' if you are taking separate multi vits.The branding on the bag I think is good if curb appeal matters these days when buying on the internet.You only need to take 1 a day which is nice, making this a true 120day packet. Each serving at the current rate therefore costs 6p per day. At this rate it's almost negligible, so I'll likely take this just as 'insurance'. As with all supplements, it's hard to say they actually 'work' unless you have some sort of health condition which miraculously clears up.

Easy to swallow copper bisglycinate tablets that are small and have no aftertaste. Well priced.

Not sure if it’s my body’s reaction to copper but I felt quite ill taking these. With minerals every body is different. Packaging and quality of product looked good.
