Q: Is this compatible with fastrak transponder in Los Angeles?

Hello friend, yes, it is conpatible.

Q: The suction cups look difficult to reach with fingers behind the holder. How easy is it to release the suction cups when you are done traveling?

Not difficult. There is a small tab on one of them but it's easy enough to get a finger nail under the suction cup and off it comes.

Q: Can this be used on polycarbonate motorcycle windhield

This is a suction cup application, but it also comes with Velcro if I remember correctly. I’ve not had a problem with it coming off or falling off, HOWEVER, if it was my EZ pass, I wouldn’t want to trust it on a motorcycle with the suction cups, but should be fine with the velcro. I would just use the velcro strips from the issuing authority.

Q: Will it withstand the summer California sun?

Hi, the plastic material we selected has a melting point of 90°+ and is generally able to withstand the California summer sun.
