This flour is amazing. It’s like normal full gluten American flour, but because it’s made in Italy; I (a person with celiac) can eat it and enjoy some of my favorite foods that I have been missing. Great flour, no issues. However they ship it in a box without a bag so flour was leaking when we got it.
