Most of the fish/omega oil supplements you come across have 3/6/9 in them and in varying ratios, and from what I know (I'm far from an expert) it is Omega 3 that is the key one to supplement.This is another great supplement from Bulk, who are a favourite brand of mine, the tin the soft gels arrive in is metal and shouts quality. The gels are all uniform and the liquid looks clear and of good quality.This is suitable for vegans as it is made from Algae not Fish, although that didn't impact me as I am not vegetarian.30 day supply (taking 2 a day) for £17 which isn't cheap but then supplements are ensuring we have the right nutrients and stay healthy so worth the investmentI like this supplement, and I know I'll get omega 6 and 9 in my diet, so its a good way to top up 3

I went into this supplement fairly ignorant thinking you can only get omega 3 from fish but this bulk supplement changes the game. One thing I absolutely hate about taking any of the omega oils is the fishy taste and since these aren't made with fish they don't taste nearly as bad.They come in a nice metal tin with a screw lid. I found the hygiene seal popped off with the lid which I found odd but I think this is due to the tin being thin and the adhesive on the film.The supplement was easy to swallow, not too large. You get 60 gel capsules and take 1 a day so a 2 month supply per bottle. The supplement is currently on offer as of writing this review at £14.99 (RRP £19.99) so it's fair bit cheaper. I think this is great if you're like me and don't like the fishy taste, you're vegan or vegetarian and again don't want the fish product. It's pretty good!

I’m taking these for the general benefits that omega 3s provide such as improving brain function, reducing inflammation in the joints, heart health, etc. The amount of EPA is 384mg and DHA is 128mg in two capsules. This is what is important in an omega-3 supplement and determines its strength, and it’s a rather good dosage.These soft gel capsules are very easy to swallow and tasteless, so a good alternative if you don't like eating Omega 3-rich fish. Don't have a bad aftertaste like some. It's difficult to say how much of an impact this is having on me because I do already have a consistently good intake of Omega 3 in my diet but I have had positive effects on mood and inflammatory measures since taking Omega 3 supplements, which have not worsened since taking this particular supplement.Overall, I am happy with these and definitely recommend them.

Great weight protein, taste nice with milk, ideal for weight management as supplement. Really good product.

Not sure why they smell a bit fishy for a vegan omega 3 soft gel. They are easy to swallow and good size. Nice presentation but a little pricey for me.

My partner tested this item. This is his review.This is a 60 pack (30 day supply at 2 per day) of Omega 3 Capsules from Bulk. Each daily serving of 2 capsules contains 384mg DHA and 128 mg EPA.The labelling on the packaging is clear and informative, Bulk are usually very good for this.The capsules are relatively easy to swallow, however there are 2 of them in one serving. You may need to bear this in mind if you struggle with swallowing capsules.The source of the Omega 3 oils is from Algal oil. This means that they are 100% suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The labelling is clear in this regard. This is great as it can be a little more difficult to find Omega 3 oils for vegans.At their current price of £13.49 for one month's supply, this works out at around 45p per day for the serving of 2 capsules. This could be considered expensive but I believe this isn't too far off the going rate for Algal Oil sourced Vegan Omega 3 oils. Although a current special offer at a well known high street supplements retailer has an equivalent product at approximately 35p per day.

I like the fact that I see improvement in my joints after taking these.They are easy to swallow and they don’t smell that bad even though they have Omega3.
