First this is first the blades are sharp and this comes in 2 pieces. I like that is comes apart easy and I only need to wash the bottom half. So don't get the top area wet as you will find out in the instructions.Secondly don't use a metal bowl or pot because the metal casing covering the blades can scratch it up going up and down or moving it across the bottom. You can see that from the other pictures and the blades are not long enough to touch the bottom in the first place. Also go up and down and not sideways either per the instructions. I use a plastic bowl doing this and you might able to use a glass one, but I have not tried it in one yet.Pick your speed for your best permeance for the function and design. Please read the instructions and see what other post for their reviews or what NOT to do. I love mine.

I don’t know why I waited so long to buy one of these. This thing is freaking awesome. So easy to use and so easy to clean. I love that it easily comes apart to fit in the cabinet.I’ve made amazing roasted red pepper and tomato soup and cottage cheese queso. It’s so great for blended cottage cheese and so much easier to clean than using a regular blender or food processor.Weirdly I do recommend keeping the box to store it in so it’s easier to store and the cord doesn’t get caught on stuff

Updated today February 4, 2025 I am now giving this blender a well deserved 4 stars. The high speed operation as described in my original review below still applies, however, this blender has enough power at the low speed selection that the blade spins at a slow enough speed that the flat disc effect is no longer apparent. The lower speed allows the 4 point blade to chop up the food and blend it without being subject to the push-back effect of a high spinning blade. So now I use the low speed selection for almost all my food blending. Therefore, I shall be giving a new recommended rating.My old review: Normally In would give this hand blender 3 or 4 stars because it operated very well based on the good quality of the construction of the product. But what I did not realize was that the design of the blade has created a big problem. The blender blade is a cross which makes it a 4 point blade (not the same as shown in the supplied videos) rather than the more common 2 point straight blade. This means that when spinning at a high speed it appears like at flat solid plate rather than a blade that will cut and mix the food. Therefore it produces some unwanted resistance to being pushed down into the food container. This why I am just giving this blender one star.

My wife and I LOVE this. Our old immersion blender finally kicked the bucket after 6 years of using it. We decided to try this one out because the reviews were great. This blender is STRONG! It works very well on each setting and blends up what we need quickly. It also blends foods up thoroughly. We made a soup the other day and it made light work of beans and vegetables. The soup turned out very creamy without using cream. It is also an excellent value. It fits nicely in our kitchen drawer and is very easy to clean. We would definitely buy this again.

Very nice , easier than a blender and the quality is great, it gives you just the right speed.

This blender is powerful. Too powerful. It creates such suction on the bottom of the pot that it's hard to lift it up again. And when I try to use it at a 45 degree angle, it sprays liquid if the angle isn't perfect. I have gotten burned that way. So, it works, and works great for blending, but it has major flaws. I haven't even used the turbo due to the difficulty on regular speed.Edited to add: I just pulled the pot out of the dishwasher, and even though the pot is stainless steel, the blender scratched the bottom to a great degree.

Works great for the price and I don't need a hand blend now! This blends to a creamy texture and the speed is great, I dont like how thick the wand is I wish it was a bit thinner to grip better. IT DURABIL ENOUGH AND EASY CLEAN UP IF YOU CLEAN IMMEDIATELY
