This is one of the best meal replacements that I have ever had. I chose the vanilla to play it safe and plan to purchase more!The powder mixes very well in cold milk and doesn’t leave a chalky feel while drinking. There is minimal clumping (might have been my poor quality leaky shaker bottle to be honest here) but the clumps aren’t chalky and gross so that’s a win.This tastes like if you let your ice cream get really melty then drank it and I love that. It makes it easier to drink. The thickness helps because it really does remind me more of a shake instead of just powder dissolved into milk. I will say that I have not tried it with water and I do not intend to. I use whole milk for more fat content.The protein content is fair in comparison to other shakes and the shake will make you feel full for a few hours at least. I carry almonds with me, string cheese and some grapes occasionally so if I get peckish depending on my activity level I’m not craving a binge meal or making poor decisions.Over al I really like this product and am confident it is going to help me reach my goals.

I love how this powder almost expands. It doesn't mix like a regular protein powder, (like when I mix with greek yogurt, it almost makes this mochi like consistency--and the sweetener can be overpowering if not in water) but when used as advised, it is really good. Simply add water to make your meal replacement shake and you have a filling dessert or pre-workout shake. My favorite PRO tip is to mix this with half water and fairlife milk, freeze, and then blend to get a chocolate peanut butter frosty. Delicious!

Taste great and doesn’t leave any grittiness. I love to use it in smoothies and add some extra protein and flavor. I got the blueberry cheesecake and it tastes great! You definitely get the cheesecake flavor in there.

We really like this brand of protein shakes! They have a lot of delicious flavors. When mixing in a hand shaker they mix very well and don’t leave any clumps. They are very rich and creamy as well.

I bought this because I’m trying to eat less meals & it seemed like a good price. I actually like the taste a lot. I mix with water & add ice to my cup. It tastes real good. You do have a bit of the powder taste after ward but not so much that you don’t want to drink it again. I will say it makes you poop! And I mean stomach twisting poop lol. 😂 Not fun at work but listen… Just be prepared. I’d definitely buy again.

I've tried 3 now. The blueberry cheesecake, cookies and cream, and peach. They could be better but theyre alright. Cookies and cream isn't the best, needs vanilla coffee syrup to help the flavor. Blueberry cheesecake is okay it just tastes like every other vanilla protein shake with blueberry, definitely drank all of that first though. Peach has sent me Im not going to buy that again. Remember the pink amoxicillin antibiotic liquid from their childhood? If you actually liked that you will like the peach. It doesn't taste like that up front but the after taste? Absolutely.

Been using for 3days so far and I must say I’m impressed. I replaced my breakfast with shake. I do not even be hungry all day .

I have never tried meal replacement shakes before so I didn't want to spend much on something that tastes like chalk.This brand had quite a few flavors that I liked so I tried the blueberry cheesecake first (love cheesecake).This was delicious! Mixed well (I used cold water). Good tasty flavor and I felt full for around 4hrs. I liked it so much Ive bought 2 more flavors.
