Excellent SMB
Very well made and has multiple options for filling. My favorite is to have an extra inflator hose on your first stage so when you need to inflate your SMB you can just inflate it through the port tube by using the spare inflator hose. That’s by far the fastest and easiest method I’ve tried. EVERY DIVER should have an SMB, they are a requirement on my boat for every diver or they don’t enter the water! An SMB could save your life!

Not the best
The head of the snap clip is too big for the holes of the reel - especially with the string fully wound up. So even after locking the reel, the whole thing kept coming loose each time I entered the water and dropping off my BCD, which was super annoying. If not for the other vigilant divers in my group who caught it as I jumped in (and it fell off), I would have lost the entire reel to the ocean.The second thing is, it's not as easy to inflate as I expected. You need quite a few breaths (I'm a small diver but I've got healthy lungs) and even with the reg, it took quite a bit of air to inflate the SMB underwater. Maybe I'm not doing it right, but it also shouldn't be this hard I think.Overall, it's ok but not great.

Don't float away
This SMB is a little bit larger than I expected, which is actually great. I used to dive without an smb, and learned the hard way how easy it is to lose the boat at sea. I was very lucky. Having this big sucker in my pack is now a must.

Multiple returns
I ordered one a couple of months ago and it works perfectly. I went to purchase another and leaks at overpressure valve. Returned and replaced and leaks same place. Returned and again leaks same place. Possibly a bad batch, but leaving overall three stars. I have no issues with build quality as of yet, just the leaky valves. Hopefully this oversight is corrected, but for bow i will be purchasing my other SMB from another supplier.
