My orthopedic spine doctor said I needed to stabilize my back for two compressed fractured vertebrae to heal. She said this was the same brace her office would order for me but at a much lower price (I’m cash pay).The brace was easy to adjust and put on. Felt bulky at first but any brace that is supposed to restrict spine movement will. My pain greatly reduced within a couple days and I believe my vertebrae are healing because the brace restricts my movement- no bending, twisting my back. Doctor has me wearing it for 6 weeks. And then PT.Side note, as a woman wearing the brace, I wear it over a tank top or t-shirt and put a light shawl or other flowy shirt over it, as it pushes breasts up and I don’t feel comfortable looking like a Renaissance barmaid.

I bought it because the design seemed like it would be comfortable, but it is not. the product no provided lumbar support and virtually no thoracic support. I would not recommend this product.

DAy one. can feel uncomfortable, BUT DOES THE JOB. I work from home and "tend" to lean over to the computers, and this keeps me sitting straight with good posture. I have been referred to neurosurgeon for cervical pain and herniated discs. Will update again

I found this brace very helpful for the price. It supports and restricts movement quite will and it's super easy to put on by your self. But, I'm a pretty large guy and I found that it chafed my supersized love handles. I returned it and got the more expensive one, which seems to be the next generation. It's even easier to put on because both of the strings connect to one side instead of two and the wrap around sides are a less cumbersome design so. I would keep it if not for my individual challenge. If you are a smaller build get it.

43 years ago I broke my back and it was fused back in place. I have suffered occasional problems with my back over the years the worst of which is I have become increasingly stooped. This brace helps to straighten me up thus relieving most if not all of the pain. It is well made and once properly adjusted fits perfectly. I would warn against wearing it so often that your muscles become dependent on it and grow weakened. It has been very helpful for me wearing it a few hours a day.

I have had this back brace for 2 months and wear it everyday. The brace holds up, is comfortable, easy to put on and take off. Defiantly has helped with my back pain and recover from my last back surgery. I fell recently and if I didn't have the brace on I would have been seriously injured. I highly recommend this Brace.
