These definitely gives a boost of energy when taken, as a sweet taste, contain turmeric and ginger which helps with immune boost and digestion.The texture is soft and a bit gummy, definitely worth the price.

A great dietary supplement combination

I just received this product. I’ll keep y’all updated. I purchased this hoping it works as well as the tea. The capsules will be way more convenient. I’ll try and remember to post 30 days from now.

I have had pain in my right arm for three months. After only 22 days of taking this supplement turmeric & ginger the pain has eased but not completely gone. I think I will have to continue taking it for at least another two months before the pain goes back to normal. But other side effects that I got were a reduced belly, reduced fat, and the jeans that I wore before were tight, but now they are a little loose.

I’m only 23 years old and have severe RA! With the abuse of medications in many areas, receiving something to ease the pain is out of the question. I’ve been suffering for a few years so horribly that somedays I couldn’t get out of my bed because my entire body becomes so stiff that I think I would crack and crumble into a million pieces. Every morning is the worst, especially in my hands. I get the “claw” look, unable to make even close to a closed fist, and have to sit holding a warm cup of coffee in my hands for a good hour to make them able to move. A friend of mine recommended I get turmeric AND ginger teas or to try to eat it raw. Personally, I cannot stand the taste of either and finally was able to find this supplement with BOTH! This is not a paid review of any sort. I’m posting my experience / opinion only because I’d like to help anyone else out there that may be suffering too. I’m not sure if other brands work as well, because this is the only I’ve tried, but I was amazed at how quickly a majority of my inflammation went down with my first dose! Tylenol / Advil / Alive, etc., can all be very damaging to the body and with the pain I endure, they barely ease any of it and are very destructive in large doses taken daily as I would need. That’s why I’m so happy I found this because not only is it natural but it works better than any over-the-counter pain reliever I’ve ever taken!

been taking this for about a month now and I know the impacts to your immune builds up overtime. I truly believe in the benefits of ginger and turmeric and I use fresh ones as well and I just wanted to add some additional benefits overall great product and will now continue to buy as long as it’s available.
