$10 15 minutes plus dry time Polyurethane sealant hack
I would like to slap the engineer who designed these bushings on the Subaru Forester. The stock bushings are garbage and wore out quite quickly. The way they are pressed into the frame with the studs being permanently fixed to the rear differential makes it a complete pain in the ass to pull out old bushings and press in new ones. To anybody who is not into racing I suggest instead of pulling out your old bushings simply fill in with polyurethane sealant let dry for about 4 days and skip the hassle of trying to remove the old bushings and press in the new bushings. These bushings are very well-made but after realizing the headache involved with replacing them I opted for the sealant method instead. I have a couple thousand miles on them so far and they still look the same they did when I first drove them. drastically increase throttle response and no more clunk when changing gears which is what I was looking for. Update: over a year later and still holding. 2 year update, still working just fine;>)

Less bucking in traffic and way better feel when driving hard
My old diff mount bushings were worse for wear so I went with these and had them installed for me. I did a Group N trans mount, poly shift bushings, and rear crossmember bushings all at once, so it’s hard to say exactly what these did, but I was trying to get rid of that annoying jerkiness Subarus have in stop and go traffic. I don’t believe these particular bushings added any NVH, though the Group N transmission mount did. Would recommend over stock to put power down and to make the driving experience smoother at all speeds.

Good Upgrade, just didn't fit
I had to check my clearances prior to pressing them in the differential brace, unfortunately it was over tolerance. You can get it to work with some machining, I just didn't have the time. Great product though as we installed another one on my friend's car.
