Great value battery with near-OEM battery life/specs
When it comes down to it, this battery performs very well in the price-performance ratio. ASUS wanted an unbelievable amount for a replacement OEM battery; I found this reasonably priced battery and I was very surprised at the near-OEM battery life/specs that it has to offer. It is a fraction of the price for essentially the same battery. It fits and latches with the same snugness as my old OEM battery and battery life is very close to what I remember my old one to be when it was new. I recommend this battery and company.

Functions well.
Fits my laptop correctly, charged.Charge does not hold nearly as well as OEM battery from ASUS, but it works for my needs.

Perfect choice
Laptop battery was not holding a charge and I am not ready to buy a new one since nothing else in this is that old.Switched right in and changed with no issue. System is happy and I don’t worry about leaving my laptop off the charger all day which is a nice plus compared to the OEM it replaced.

I always feel that many third parties, have average grade batteries, that are never as good as the OEM batteries that come with your laptop. I expressed a concern with my battery from this company loosing it's charge, and they VERY quickly addressed it, and appologised. Get what you pay for.
The battery is ok. It does not have the same capacity as the original but it gets the job done. With power saving features activated it still does within 2 1/2 or 3 hrs max.

I bought this battery for my ASUS Republic of Gamers laptop because the old battery was crapping out at about half percent. My laptop would shut off at half battery. I'd have to keep it plugged in all day or else it would shut off when I wasn't paying attention to the battery. When this came in, I put it into the laptop, turned it on, and charged it. When it was fully charged, I unplugged it and used the computer for a little while, noticing that the battery life was about 3 hours. I left the laptop on for awhile without using it and came back to check on it. Laptop was still on and battery was less than half full. Pros: My laptop technically has more battery life with this new one. It doesn't seem to be defective, which is awesome. Cons: Only about 3 hours of battery life.

Safety Hazard
It worked very well for almost two months. Then I started hearing a strange popping sound coming from my computer with increasing regularity. I pulled the battery out, took a look at it and noticed that it had started to swell up.For those of you who don’t know, this is extremely dangerous. The battery could start leaking dangerous chemicals or even explode if this is ignored. Not only does this present an obvious danger to you, but we all know how expensive the laptop this goes into is. Stay far away from this battery and get one from Asus if you can. It may cost more, but not nearly as much as a new computer or a hospital visit.
