I haven’t had any side effects.
I’ve taken these for years. They work right a way. Keep those pessimistic thoughts away. They help me with procrastination, I have a problem with that as well. I just take as needed and my doctor knows about them. I read that they help people deal with withdrawal symptoms of different problems, also helps keep them on track.They really are quite a find and the price is excellent for most everyone. Easy to swallow, really small. No effect on the skin that I’ve noticed.

If the person who's gonna take this supplement have hypertension high blood pressure, STAY AWAY from it!!! It'll make it go nuts!!Side effectsWill make you feel very bad if you have hypertension, look for other alternatives...I think supplement companies should be more specific in their labels or description so people don't have a horrible experience...My friend didn't feel well after taking this!!! ... (Because of his condition)Note: Can't complain about the quality of this product and brand
