I was blown away with this product, it was such a fun puzzle to add to my collection and it turns very fast. It's very durable and the turning is really smooth, not like other puzzles that have a sandy feeling when turning. One of the best 2x2s out there

This GAN 2x2 is perfect for speedcubing. Smooth turning, fast movement, durable.

The cube is somewhat heavy for it's size, I have 3x3 cubes that are lighter than this. Fast and smooth out of the box with a scratchy/sandy sound(needs to be lubed) , magnets are very strong and snaps the cube into position this can be good or bad depending on your turning style. Large range of adjustment to fine tune the tension of the cube to your liking. The frosted/bead blasted surface has a good amount of grip and has a nice matte look to the cube.I'm having troubles getting use to the cube, I have a light turning style and at times the cube just rebound when I'm trying to turn the layer, even on the lowest magnet setting this still happens on occasions, my times really suffers because of this.Highly recommend this for anyone with a heavier turning style, Its fast, smooth and stable not much more you can ask for in a cube.

I ordered this to complement my 3x3 cubes and while it works pretty well, I have two issues with it:- the action is very loose—the "cubies" easily separate to the point I'm concerned they'll come apart; I suspect this was done to make it feel smooth, but I have other cubs that are tight but still smooth- I'm not a fan of the larger size; it would be nice if the "cubies" were the same size as a regular cube

My kid has been fascinated with puzzle cubes and has been asking for a 2x2, and of course I try to always give him what he wants within reason.When this arrived I was impressed on multiple levels:- Packaging is great. Comes in a nice quality box that includes the cube, a plastic case, a velvet bag, instructions, replacement tension nuts, and a small screwdriver. It SHOULD also come with a tension nut adjustment tool, ours appears to be missing.- Action is VERY smooth and satisfying. This was our first "pro" speed cube (the only other cube we own is the OG Rubik's). I was always wondering why some of these were so expensive, and this made the value proposition of the price premium very clear: using adjustable tension nuts + embedded adjustable magnets, this snaps into position in a very satisfying manner. The magnets are individually adjustable to 3 positions but I found the stock setting to be fine.- This is harder than you'd think. I can mostly solve a 3x3 (with a guide). This is a good bit harder. The difficulty is slightly amplified by the solution guide being entirely in Chinese.My complaints, and reason why it doesn't get 5/5 is below:1) It's missing the tension adjustment tool. I will be contacting the company to see about their support and response time and will update here.2) The solution guide is in Chinese. The instructions, thankfully, are in both English/Chinese but if this is your first 2x2 expect to pull up a video or be ready to learn yourself some Mandarin.
