Best for teens
The pictures are hard to see in the book. The font is massive. And looks very much like it was written by a child. Apart from that it’s a decent with the basics needed for beginners. You might have to Google most the excersises though.

Poor wuality
The picture makes the book look better than it is, I have never come across a book of such poor quality. Shame on Amazon for not checking the quality

Very poor pictures and description
First part of book shows and describes two types of exercises with clear but poor quality pictures. All the other exercises have no pictures and I found them impossible to do with out a picture. Some muscle groups I had not herd of and had to look up. Many of the pictures have been reproduced so many time they are all blurred and terrible quality. Cheap but nasty.

Poor quality printing
The print quality is very poor - the photographs are only just visible, no detail can be seen.

Awful
Poorly written and poorly presented. Amateur at best. This is incredibly basic and covered a couple of basic exercises in little to depth. Doesn’t do a suffient job of bringing it all together into programs. Not good at all. I could have written this myself in about three hours
