I've been a chef for 50 years and a caterer for 30 years and these are the best ! Attractively and conveniently packaged in plastic sealable container. VERY high quality. NO splintering. Just the right thickness for beef, chicken or pork pieces up to 1". Other ARE too thin, splinter and poorly made; these are GREAT !

The 6-inch skewers looked fabulous on our gluten-free appetizers. We skewered 4 items in 5 different combinations. I'll list them below.We did discover that sometimes the cheese would be left behind on the platter when a guest attempted to pick up an appetizer. This was more of an issue when something on the skewer was slightly saucy and would drip over the cheese, softening the outer edges and slightly suctioning it to the platter. Will buy again, and again, and again. Perfect thickness and sturdiness. I love the container that it comes in with. The look is so smooth with no splinters. The length was perfect for what I needed it for. Never broke once. Would be cheaper, but great quality.
