Easy to mold around pills, and my dog loves them
I can’t say enough good things about Greenies Pill Pockets in Chicken Flavor! As the owner of a playful and sometimes stubborn Maltese puppy, I used to struggle with getting her to take her medication. That is, until I discovered these incredible pill pockets.First of all, the chicken flavor is an absolute hit. My puppy practically jumps with excitement the moment she sees me reach for the bag. It’s as if she thinks she’s getting a special treat instead of her usual medication! The best part? She actually enjoys it, and I no longer have to fight or chase her around to get her to take her pills. The tablet-sized pockets are perfect for concealing her pills without any hassle. They’re soft and malleable, making it easy to mold them around any tablet, ensuring that she never even suspects she’s taking medicine. I love that I can just pinch the ends, and it completely seals the pill inside. No crumbling, no mess, and absolutely no spit-outs!What I also appreciate is that Greenies uses real chicken as the #1 ingredient. It’s comforting to know that I’m giving her something that’s not only delicious but also made with quality ingredients. Plus, they are veterinarian recommended, which gives me peace of mind

Makes taking dog medication easy!
if your dog is on medication, these are the best pill pockets I have had were used. My 14-year-old multi-Pooh loves them and thinks that they are a treat. I have to hide two fairly large pills inside and he eats them just fine. He can smell them from far away and he really does think that they are treats and seems to enjoy them. He gets the pills down fine.

Use pill pockets on small dogs who hate medicine.
My two dogs spit out pills and I have tried a lot of products to conceal smell and taste. I am not sure why these work unless it is the flexibility to wrap and conceal pill. They actually think it is another treat and after many surgeries and treatments both still love the taste.

Works when needed.
Works good for smaller pills. Anything too big and my dog will try and chew and then he discovers the pill and refuses it. The trick is to wrap on the pill snuggly and don't use all of the pill pocket. Try to make as small as possible.

Caution!
Pill pouches and pill delivery systems are a great idea. My dogs love them. However when considering using one of these delivery systems, you must use caution. The pill is first place in the delivery pouch, and the delivery pouch is closed. You give the delivery pouch with medication, enclosed to the dog and you feel that you’ve done your job and that is all you have to do.. That all depends on the medication. If your medication needs to reach the dog system quickly then you probably should not use a pill pouch or a pill delivery system. The pill pouch encasing the medication must dissolve first and then the pill. The absorption depends on several factors. Are you giving this on a full stomach? Is the dog drinking water after taking the pill pouch? How much acid does your dog have in his stomach, which would affect the rate of absorption of the medication. If you do use a pill pouch on medication’s, that should go to work quickly you can expect sometimes up to a day delay before the medication actually works.. Of course you should use your own judgment, but think about it before you give your dog a medication using a pill pouch or pill delivery system. RJ.

They like the taste but use within 6mos
Dog loves it. I have to give her 3 1/2 tablets daily so one of these will coat about 8 half tablets. More if I cheap out. But they DO have an expiration date and will mould if they last 4-6 months. Use it up before then it’ll go white n weird but you have plenty of time to use up the small packs like these.

Work great for my picky dog!
I have a very picky senior dog, his nose still works and can smell pills when we’ve tried cheese and other food to hide it in.These pockets work great, he happily takes his pills now and knows whenever I open the bag to give him a treat! My only request is to please ship these in a box. Both times I have ordered, some have come smashed (which not a huge deal because I smash them anyway when I give them to my dog).Other than that, work perfectly, Chevy loves them!

The only way my dogs will eat any medicine
Great product, the peanut butter wasn’t working for pills anymore and neither of my dogs have denied eating one of these
