Works perfectly in a Lenovo Thinkpad W530
Worked perfectly. It came with an 85% charge.If you are looking for a battery replacement for one of the older W series thinkpads, of get the 9 cell batteries and if given a choice, get the version with the 2 plus (++) sign. This will give you OEM equivalent capacity and power.I would buy this product from this seller again - arrived a day ahead of schedule. Thank you Amazon.

Last longer than factory battery
This battery turned out to be a great purchase and exactly what I was looking for. My old battery wouldn’t hold a charge and had to be plugged in 24/7. This battery actually last longer than my factory battery did, and very simple to install and use. Just take off the old battery, put this one on and charge. Easy as 1 2 3…

It works but not sure on longivity
Original battery on my W530 was over 10 years old, it cannot be charged back to 100% anymore. You can compare the old with the new in the attached pictures. The FRU number is not the same as the original and the new battery itself is not as smooth as the original one when slides in because the plastic clip positions is a bit off (manufacturing quality not on par with the original). You will need to push a bit harder to get it fully engaged on the locking mechanism.

This battery fit my 2012 T430 exactly.
This battery has the exact specifications as the original Lenovo battery I replaced.FRU P/N 45N1001, ASM P/N 45N1000 10.8V 4.76Ah, NOM 10.8V 5.2Ah 57Wh, Li-ion00 70+The battery came nearly fully charged and fit like a glove. Battery life and Longevity to be seenin the future.I also replaced the Cmos ( Bios backup ) CR2032 battery. Ps save your old cmos battery forthe tiny connector and wires so you can build your own CR2032 with a piece of large shrinktubing and an isolated tip soldering iron ( Iso-Tip ). Save a few bucks. I'm all set for another 10 Years.

Battery stopped working
This battery worked for a short period of time on my T430 after I patched my UEFI to get around the battery list; however, the laptop eventually refused to charge it. I contacted the seller and was told a replacement would be sent. Weeks have gone by and despite several assurances that a replacement would be shipped soon, nothing has ever been sent.

Appears well made - works just fine.
So far so good. Cannot yet comment on longevity. But it charged up right away and appears to work just fine.
