BUYER BEWARE - This is not an authorized Fitbit seller - if it dies "too bad".
This 'was' a great Fitbit but my sister got only 5 months of use out of it before it died. It no longer charges so I contacted Fitbit. We followed all the troubleshooting steps - all to no avail. As I purchased it, I contacted the seller and the response I got was "the return window has passed" (no, "we are sorry to hear that" - nothing). Fitbit company told me they can't help me as this seller is not authorized to sell Fitbit.I paid $170.00 for it and to give a gift that lasted only 5 months is very upsetting.

Great device
So this is my second FitBit, exact same kind and color. My first one (exact same kind and color) that I bought about a year ago randomly stopped working. Not sure if it's some kind of defect or what. Anyway, I liked it so much that I bought a second one. My favorite feature is the "smart wake" on the alarm which vibrates so it does not wake up my husband. The smart wake feature makes it so the alarm wakes you up within a range of time during which you are not in a deep sleep. This seriously works! I don't wake up groggy anymore. You can turn that smart wake feature off if you don't like it. It wakes you up within a 30 minute range if it's on. I hardly ever hit snooze now. Love. Fitbits do other stuff too but this is the main thing I use it for other than time and being proud of myself once in a blue moon when I hit my step goal.

So far, I love it.
I recently rec’d. the Charge 6 to replace the Luxe that started acting funky & shutting off constantly throughout the day. I got so tired of constantly having to charge it & my Husband was getting annoyed about my complaints 😏 so I broke down & decided to upgrade.I’m not 100% sure what GZ who wrote a review on 6/9/24 was talking about regarding the clock faces. The Charge 6 has all the clock faces available on the Luxe.

Motivation enhancer
I had a charge 2 for 7 years then upgraded to a charge 6. Numerous new fields to monitor and much more information. I am totally satisfied.

faulty watchband connection
The Charge 6 watch is a very good upgrade from the Charge 5. But there is a something wrong with the connection of the watch band to the watch. The watch band is disconnecting from the watch. I was sent out a replacement Charge 6 and it does the exact same thing. It falls on my wrist at least 3 times a day. Contact with Fit Bit is very hard to get them to see that they have a problem with this Charge 6. Other customers it seems, feel the same way.
