Like the other reviews, I needed to provide my own screws. The ones that come with the product are just very flimsy and small. When I go to close the lid from a bench to a lid, it doesn’t fit because the slats were cut too long to fit around the bar for the awning easy fix though my son loves the sandbox even with the few flaws. it’s a nice product. It smells great, and once it’s all put together with the sand in it is very sturdy I use 300 pounds of sand it could’ve taken more, but there was no need to put any more in there

Ok design could use stronger supports for the top and better rain proofing

Nice product with decent material, not bad for the money, very easy build and very fun for the kids. Got a star deduction because of the hardware, my advice don’t use the screws they give you they barely have any thread to them so get something with a little more beef to them.

It is okay for the time the children will use it. The instructions were very hard to follow and I’m usually pretty good at building things. And it was missing screws. Wood also began to break when screwing screws in due to quality of wood. Overall I’d give it a 3/5 stars.

I’m not one to typically complain.. but it’s been about a month since we finally set this box up.(I purchased it in February ish??? For my son’s 1st bday in April. Wanted to wait till warmer to set it up)Well it rained for a week I had the canopy down and did my best but the canopy doesn’t protect the box at all!So next time I opened it up the wood is molded !!The bottom doesn’t attach so it’s easy access.Tonight I went out to the box and BUGS were everywhere! My son cannot play in this box!! I’m going to have to figure out how to get these bugs out. But for almost 200 dollars between the box and the sand to fill it. I’m furious!!! He can’t safely play! I wish I would have just gotten a cheap plastic 50 bucks on one and the kid would have at the VERY least protected the sand.It LOOKS beautiful. That’s IT. so so so dissatisfying. I would NEVER recommend this to be purchased. Which again I hate to be critical but it is just the truth!!

So cute, my two year old loves it! The product was easy to put together, we didn't have any issues at all. The only thing I have noticed is it's sometimes hard to get the roof up with only one person. Other than that it is an awesome product.

The photo in the listing is not even close to what you get. The parts are not the same color, and the wood pieces are not quite junk by comparison but not too far from it. The directions are terrible, so read the other reviews that say this and know they are not kidding around--even the letter stickers are on the wrong pieces of wood, and you have to look at the photos in the listing on Amazon a few times to make sure you are assembling things correctly. Parts that were pre-drilled often did not line up, but even more critical parts that should have been pre-drilled were not drilled at all. The wood and material for the top stink and my kid did not even want to go near it at first. If it is treated well by your toddler (it is too flimsy for a bigger kid) then it might last a summer if you are lucky.Otherwise, this is a two person build at least for the part where you start assembling the benches and maybe the top.I would probably buy this again, but maybe not if there was one that looked slightly more durable for a similar price point. On the positive side, it will probably disintegrate after a season in the weather.

I love this sandbox!!!!! It closes when not being used. We have a lot of animals around our house and didn’t want them to go to the bathroom in it. This is great!! I thought it was well worth the money and having it delivered to your front door. Only bad thing was my son said the screws were so cheap they kept stippping so he had to buy better ones. I am buying another one for my grandkids house. I think it was still a good deal. You do need to put it together! It took about a half hour for my 24 year old son to do.
