Long Term Reliability is Questionable
The parts themselves, once accessible, were easy to install but the directions had to be sourced elsewhere.I have about 2000 miles on my truck since installing these components and I'm starting to have a check engine light sporadically come on. Both driver and passenger side banks have had over retard and over advanced codes come up. These impact the idle quality but more commonly the drivability. From 1500-2200rpm the engine will bog and be very slow to accelerate, at 2200 it's like a switch is flipped and all the power comes on instantly. Makes winter driving a real challenge right now.The valve cover and VCT solenoid gaskets would not fit my 2007 as described, I had to purchase a separate gasket kit.Updated 5/21/24 : Now about 7000 miles on these parts and the phasers have failed. They are very noisy at idle and my truck sounds like a diesel clacking away. I have a constant check engine light for over advanced cam positions on Bank#1 and Bank#2

Cheap parts as expected
Everything worked but gaskets are very cheap and the front cover gaskets didn’t fit

Do not buy.Not the right parts and parts missing. Cheap product. Go with Ford genuine parts.

Despite where it came from it works great.
IT was easy to install after watching a YouTube video.
