Decent laptop
This is a decent laptop. Has the upgrades I need with the 16gb ram and 512ssd for doing every day things. Not a gaming laptop but a good midrange laptop. I bought this to replace a 10 year old laptop

Poor product and terrible customer service. Buyer beware.
I received 2 of these laptops. Neither was working properly on arrival. Contacted the seller and returned the item. They charged a $250 restocking fee. Worst experience I have ever had on Amazon. I would rate a Zero but not available.

SSD makes for a fast machine
I picked up this laptop for my wife and it's quick to start up and operate which fixed the problem with her old laptop. No trouble getting things set up. Would recommend.
