RENTERS FRIENDLY (kinda)
This product is GREAT beaches of the adhesive. VERY sticky. Also makes it difficult for those doing a renters friendly update— I threw some transparent contact paper down and problem solved!! Extremely durable if on level surface. I will say however, it takes a close eye to make sure you are lining them up correctly

Very easy to use!
This product changed the floor in my rental from unlivable to a real showpiece. My pictures don’t really do the changes justice. I do not use a wet mop, but I do swiffer my tiles because the floor in the rental is very uneven and I don’t want to risk loosening anything. Love them!

Leaves marks
What sites should know is the adhesive when it gets on other tiles it turn black. After installing I thought I would be able to use magic eraser to remove the marks but it wouldn’t come off. Luckily this is for a temp job due to home inspection, we will be pulling out and installing tile. The pattern is cute and fun. We do have a rig in bathroom so it covers the marks up. I wouldn’t recommend this particular for someone who wants it more permanent. Quick delivery and got the job done though.

Exact look i was going for
I love this. it transformed my bathroom. I live in a rental, so I put painters tape on the original stone and stuck these tiles on top. Had them on for about five months now, so far no issues, No peeling, no mildew. I used a box cutter Initially to cut around edges, but it cuts a little better with scissors.

Easy to work with, buy extra
For the money this is a great way to temporarily update your floor. It’s cheap and easy to install. Easy to cut with a utility knife or sharp scissors. I recommend making a paper template for tricky spots like around the toilet. My one major complaint was that almost all of the tiles came dirty and smudged. Most I was able to clean, but some were unusable. Buy at least 2 extra boxes so you aren’t forced to use the bad ones! I don’t know how well it will hold up but for the ease and price I wouldn’t mind redoing it in a couple of years (hope it lasts that long!)
