perfect fit, super simple to install
Fit perfectly with no leaks. Installs instantly and easily. Perfect to cap off my unused refrigerator ice maker line.

Works As Advertised At Better Price Than Sharkbite
Needed this to cap a line to the refrigerator that is no longer needed. Already got countertop nugget ice maker, etc. Going to HD and Lowes was a nightmare - neither had this item and it was a waste of gas and time. This item was super-easy to install (a clean cut, non-burred edge to the copper tubing is REQUIRED), and there are no leaks so far. This was by far the easiest solution. Highly recommended.

Jon Guest is the Best!
I fixed my 1990 GE side by side refrigerator that I needed to cap the line to the water dispenser in the door because it was no longer working properly and an appliance repair company said he would be unable to find the part needed due to the age of the appliance. The option was to cap the line so I needed to purchase a John Guest 5/16 reducing fitting to 1/4 inch, some 1/4 polypropylene tubing and a 1/4 John Guest cap to close the line off. It worked perfectly

Easy end caps
These were very easy to use when I needed to plug an unused RO line. They attach and detach very easily.
