The package came ripped on one side and the product had seeped through the outside package on both tubes.

This use to be a gel like substance and now it is very watery. It still takes off my make up but I have to use more product.

Great for double washing on dry, sensitive skin
So as someone with dry and sensitive skin, finding a facial cleanser with some acne/pore cleaning action the doesn't burn my face is a challenge. I tried this product as a more affordable alternative to other brands. I really like it and this is my second bottle. I like to use a double cleanse method with another cleanser, usually an oat cleanser, and use this product afterwards for some pore cleaning. My face does feel a little tight and dry after, but usually if I moisturizer afterwards it is fine. No burning! I don't have acne prone skin so I cannot really comment on the acne fighting side of things.

You put it on your face DRY, which is fine, but different.
I didn't realize this wasn't a normal fash wash when I bought it. You put it on your face dry then rinse it off. That's fine, but never tried anything like it. I bought this since my skin had been sensitive lately, and it feels gentle, there is a soft possibly natural scent to it. What I don't like is I don't feel like it was cleaning off my skin well. It doesn't feel like it gets in there and doesn't wash off makeup the best. BUT this is a good product in the morning or if you need something gentle.

THE BEST FACE WAS EVER!!! For all skin types!!!
This is favorite face wash I have combination skin and everything makes me break out. This is THE BEST FACE WASH IVE EVER HAD!!! It doesn’t have any moisture in it but that is a good this for me moisturizer makes me really break out and look patchy. I definitely recommend this!!!!! My daughter use this as well and their skin is night and day difference!! One has oily skin while also having really dry skin and the other has baby soft skin with very little oil and no dryness. So this definitely covers several skin types!!!! The scent is very minimal. I only use two pumps for my face and neck once a day.

Decent face wash that helps with hormonal skin
Works well on acne and to even skin tone, but it will dry skin with overuse, so I use is sparingly. I like that it isn't filled with tons of harmful chemicals. This one doesn't burn my skin or cause an allergic reaction like many washes and soaps do. The best thing is that it helps cut down on hormonal blemishes for women of all ages. I stopped using it for a long while and returned, and can see the positive difference.

Great Product— Do NOT order on amazon
I’ll start by saying thaz i have used this facewash religiously for over a year and it has always been crystal clear. This was my first time ordering it off amazon and when I took the bottle out of the plastic, I immediately noticed that the gel in the bottle was clearly yellow. I don’t know whether they changed the formula and that’s just what it looks like now or if it’s a bad batch/contaminated. Either way, I unfortunately don’t trust it. I am returning my bottle and rebuying from another website.
