Great for stretching!
Very helpful for lower back pain and to stretch out hamstrings and feet. Can carry heavy weights. Love the roughness so you don’t slip off when you increase the incline.

High Quality and easily Adjustable
This product was even higher quality than I expected. Good solid construction and great design for easy adjustments.

Works
The wedge is sturdy, I am 280lbs and it does not feel like it is going break when I am using it. Within the 1st minute I can feel it working. I have a hump neck and it corrects my posture while standing on the wedge. I also feel myself trying to mimic that stance while walking or standing.
