no, they are for herbal tinctures, not the tiny ones used for essential oils

Not to my knowledge. But it seems like four drops or so to the stopper.

Q: Do i need to sanitize these bulk bottles before i make dosage bottles for my clients? like in a dishwashr? i'm putting glycerin preservative in.

The correct answer is unless you know the conditions prior to you receiving these bottles you most likely should.However unless sanitized in a very specific way you run the risk of creating a worse condition than if you used them out of the case. In a pharmaceutical precise environment they would sanitized prior to filling, at the time of manufacturing and stored specifically or during the filling process. That said, in most circumstances where your purchasing bottles on Amazon and filling yourself the formulation if done properly will contain a preservative system already or naturally occurring. In that case, you could run a micro-stability & shelf life test at your regional lab and determine if those systems are working and for how long they will be expected to work preventing unwanted microbial growth. The tests are inexpensive and give safety data that is necessary to safely sell and distribute to clients. Then as long as your sources of materials and your lab practices stay consistent you are most likely not going to encounter any issue.

Q: What is the interior diameter of the neck? Trying to figure out if my roller inserts will fit.

The interior opening of the neck is One Half Inch.
