My blaster broke after 2.5 years. (One of the claws came off). I wrote customer service. Was kinda disappointed for a week. But they finally got back with me. Said they have been having a lot of customer service inquiries since the holidays. So they are backed up. They asked me for a photo and an order number verifying purchase. I didn’t even have to send them my damaged product, and they didn’t charge me for shipping and handling fee like their website says. Takes a little while but they have excellent customer service! And their 1000 day guarantee… Solid! When you buy from a valid source the company really backed up their products.Aside from their customer service, I love this tool. I’m in the massage and physical therapy business. So I know a thing or two about facia. And this is a great tool to do self-care’s. I’ve always had really tight facia and as I’ve aged it’s only gotten worse. This tool helps resolve that and a lot of my aches and pains as well. I don’t use it for cellulite reduction, so can’t really speak about that. But as far as pain management and keeping your joints nice and loose by keeping the facia from restricting it… This tool is worth every penny

Okay, you've made it this far. You've maybe landed on the blaster site and read a few testimonials. There's a part of you that's like "that's way too good to be true; just another weight loss gadget." Well, it isn't! It's relieved my pain, tightened and toned my legs, and smoothed my cellulite drastically and visibly in just 6 weeks. You have to be willing to READ the SCIENCE and watch Ashley's videos and do exactly what is directed. Myofascial release and restoration is scientific. Once you read about it, blasting will make perfect sense and you will understand why it's working. I landed on the blaster page because my chiropractor used that scraper tool thing on my foot for plantar fasciitis and it miraculously relieved my pain, so I had bought a spiky roller tool and wanted to learn how to use it. It worked well on my foot and calves. Then I started using it on my thighs and was blown away by how quickly things tightened up. I started to research structural fascia and found the blaster page. I used the other tool for a few weeks all over and started to see amazing results, so I bought this blaster. It's a commitment. It's kind of tiring, even if you're in fair shape. But...DANG! It works. I'm rather amazed. Following the protocol, I have drastically changed the shape of my legs pretty quickly and they were slack and crepey! Fasciitis reduced, fascial adhesions reduced greatly, skin is tighter, my cellulite is smoothing out. Everything is lifted! I had crepey grandma skin around my knees and it's totally gone. I'm doing the heart butt exercises and hot yoga 4x a week, and it's amazing how toned my legs are looking. I wish I'd learned about the science of fascial health a long time ago. I realize now I can be a large size 10, but a smooth, toned one with blasting. I don't have to starve myself to a size 6 to not have cellulite (and even then still have some). Also, TAKE THE BEFORE PICTURES. I was skeptical and the changes were so drastic I wish I had taken better before photos. It's going to take 6 months or so to get where I'm going, but this tool makes it so much easier.

Wow! The FasciaBlaster is incredible! It has really changed my life with regards to my chronic pain and it completely changed my body for the better as well. It's such a simple idea, it seems like it's too good to be true, but if you do your research, be consistent, and listen to your body, it works!In the past, I had tried every kind of pain relief tool, medication, procedure, etc. and nothing worked. As far as my body, well, I had given up on that ever being good ever again. Even when I ate completely clean and worked out like a maniac, I still never had the shape that I really wanted. Now, I've lost so many inches all over, revealed muscle that was hiding, and I just feel so much better in general! I'm feeling smooth, sexy, pain free, and happy! Who could ask for more than that!?!?

I had this for about a year. My husband was using this and the blaster just cracked off during use. After that he dropped it on the carpet and it cracked in half. Very cheap construction and really NOT worth your hard earned money.

I was super excited to get this product….I ordered the small and large ones. Overall, I can see how they could make a difference if used consistently. However, I only used them about 10 times total and now they sit in a box in my closet, due to the following reasons….1). Within seconds of using them, the repeated motion of moving my hand/arm back and forth, is very uncomfortable and somewhat annoying. I am in good shape, workout 6 days per week, eat very healthy, 43yrs old, etc. And it is awkward to have to reach all the areas of my body to use these tools.2). Not able to take all the time needed to clean the body oil off of these tools after each use. With all the knobby things, its hard to clean them and when I have cleaned them , I take them into the shower and it takes about 20 minutes to get all the oil off with soap and a washcloth and lots of rinsing.3). I live in a decent size house and yet do not have a place that I can just leave them sitting out covered in oil until the next use. My opinion is that they would be better suited for someone who lives in a very large home with maybe a really large bathroom that would have a place to store them (especially the large body tool).Just my personal thoughts and experience.
