Clean, simple & very effective.
My partner is an avid gym goer and prepared to spend time on diet and supplements, so uses a powdered glutamine supplement along with many others. I, on the other hand, have only just started the whole gym thing, so took a little convincing that glutamine would do anything for me, let alone the fact that i would have to make it up. So I scoured the Internet for a tablet form and stumbled across the Oxford Vitality offering. Clean, simple packaging, and a product that works. If you're considering using it, then i guess you know what its used for and it works. Not advisable if you have issues swallowing tablets because they're a tad large, but I manage them fine.

NEW REVIEW:I decided to try the product again after reading new reviews about the changes in the product. Kudos to the lab which seemed to have heard the customers and paid attention to the reviews and changed the tablet size. Much better product and can easily be swollen now. Great when companies listen to customers’ complaints and actually do something about it.PREVIOUS REVIEW:I’m sorry, the product might even do what it promises technically, but the tablets are the worst tablets I ever had to swallow. There is no coating on the tablets and it is like swallowing hard pieces of chalk!!I honestly had it stuck in my throat 3 times already. It’s a big safety issue!!

So far so good just not sure on them being loose in a bag as they are very chalky.

Good quality product and great customer service
Reasonably priced, quick delivery and contact from customer service. The only down side is the the tablets are quite large and could be difficult for some to swallow.

You don't need to swallow them!
These tablets are big and first I found it hard to swallow them but then I realized I can chew them. That makes it a lot easier! Good product.

These are fantastic value, and I feel they have helped with sugar cravings. I'll definitely keep buying these from this seller- they don't come in fancy packaging, but that's fine by me!

I feel like super woman. Could be this stuff? I wish I took it in isolation to bunch of other stuff I bought to help my training and recovery. I am definitely feeling like I can hit the gym again sooner than before. Might be these.
