This saved me from taking psyllium husks. Both Trulicity and Ozempic have the side effect of binding my bowels. THIS IS MY SOLUTION. However, it's too strong for me. I have to split each capsule into 3 separate capsules. I buy empty capsules

It was good it has been keeping blood sugar steady but didn't not say it was processed in a facility that also Processed shellfish and I feel that is something that needs to be told when advertising the product on here instead of when you get the product.

this is a very good supplement. works well I recommend this product its my second time buying this.

I thought this would be a good supplement since my normal one was out of stock, but my blood sugar levels were HIGHER than they'd ever been! EVER!! I definitely don't recommend this one!

I take vitamins and supplements each day. No other medications and I am 73 years old. I do drink a 12 oz cola each day and love a dessert after lunch. This supplement seems to balance and curb my desire for more sugary foods.
