Fantastic
These are fantastic after you do a home facial. They shall keep them in your refrigerator and then run them over your face. Absolutely wonderful. I even use them some mornings when I'm puffy. Under the eyes, just fantastic made great-great quality. And you cannot beat the value for the money. I've never Thought of heating them up.I use them cold.I prefer it that way , but I suppose You could hit them in hot water

For headache behind eyes
If you have a cool place in your home, that is enough for relief. From the fridge is a little too cold for me. Keep the box and the do not freeze sticker.

Trust me...just buy them

Not safe, do not buy!
My daughter was using this one night and it literally burst when she put it on her skin. She has used these before and never had a problem. This time though, she was putting it on her face close to her eye and it just broke. It could have gotten glass in her eye and caused serious scars and/or injuries!
