Well Made Smooth Surface
Item is described as having strong ball bearings. The surface is smooth and has a finish to it. I don’t want slivers in my hands or food. These things matter when rolling out pie crust and sugar cookies. This should provide many years of use for someone like me that likes to bake.

A wonderful old classic roller
Because I don't always use my tools properly in the kitchen such as using my rolling pin to pound out meat between parchment paper. I really needed a new rolling pin and this one matches my old one almost perfectly and the price was right. You can't beat it. It's really made well.

A good old fashioned rolling pin
This thing is weighty, that makes the work easier, it's also sturdy where the rollers meet the pin, it's good looking and withstands dishwasher cleaning. Plus, it was the best value-for-money in my search for a wider 10 inch roller (the others cost more but were narrower 6 inch rollers). I like big pie and I cannot lie...
