Better than Solgar Vit B. Recommended buy professional.
Quite large pills but easy to break in half. Usually buy high strength Solgar Vit B, and these are most definitely more effective. Within 10 mins you can feel the effects and that lasted all day. If you suffer from fatigue these will make you feel 100% better. Great pick me up. More expensive than Solgar but would recommend.
