SuperfeetAll-Purpose Support Medium Arch Insoles - Trim-to-Fit Orthotic Shoe Inserts

I bought these insoles for my running shoes as I tend to overpronate and even with shoes fitted by a specialist running store I've experienced shin pain. I wear a size 6 running shoe but a size 5 in normal shoes so I purchased the size 5 insoles and these fit my running shoes perfectly. They are thin enough to replace the shoe's insole and don't encroach on space in the forefoot area. Really comfortable and my feet feel supported in the right places. They don't squeak either which was a problem I had with my custom orthotic supports (now discarded). Since running with these insoles I haven't had any return of my shin pain so I'm really pleased with them. I am due a review by my orthotist so I will be interested to hear his assessment!

Superfeet insoles are extremely expensive for what you get but, boy, do they do the job. I have four pairs in different shoes and boots and they all support my feet to help me avoid the sore knees that I can get from being flat-footed.I resent paying the money but I have tired other brands and these work best for me. These blue insoles are good for moderate pronation. I also have the black insoles in my work shoes. The green insoles are good for more serious pronation - having a higher arch support - but they are a little too high for me.

My size 3 feet needed a slight trim of the toes, otherwise they work well in my slippers. I did want them to go in my leather boots but found that, once they were in place, the upper part of the boot was too tight - not enough room for the insole and my foot. Having said that, my swollen heel is feeling very much better having worn the insoles in my slippers.

I had Plantar Fascitis in my right foot for almost a year. I tried all sorts of things to get rid of it, from lots of stretching, night splints to rolling golf balls under the arch of my foot, but they all seemed to have no effect. I bought these and placed them in my work boots, and after a week or so of being slightly uncomfortable, and feeling some push back on my right arch (which is to be expected), the pain started to go away. Now I am back running again, and feel no pain whatsoever. All I will say though is that you have to give them a chance, and fight through the uncomfortable feeling that happens initially.

These are great. Used to get terrible pain in my feet through to my knees. Since I have had these they have helped to align my flat feet to a more neutral posistion. I used these in a variety of different footwear and work great but I get the most use out of my work boots. I had mounded insoles for a pair of sports footwear and these actual worked better.

The product is not as described. I haven’t even tried it on because just by holding it, I can tell the quality is not as advertised or mentioned in the reviews. I want to return it on the same day I received, but they are not allowing me to do so thats 100% waste of money. really disappointed with seller and amazon service as well.

Fit inside my fashion trainers perfectly and as they are solid they stay in place. They provide some support which is making it easier to walk and stand for long periods. I could probably have benefitted from a higher arch support but that’s not the fault of the support.

Product thankfully is ok.But the packaging is completely battered, looks like a return product from someone else re boxed.The Amazon packaging was ok so can only believe this was sent in this condition. Just a disappointing first impression.
