Lousy
I didn’t buy this product from Amazon but I bought it at Walmart. And it’s completely useless because I was hoping to use it for any compression wrap and it only has a very small area that you can heat or freeze. But that isn’t what bothers me so much it’s the fact that, it bulges on the sides is nowhere close to being a compression wrap and I have rather a large, swollen, knee and large legs so I don’t think it would be used to anyone in there very large man at least for the knee. The hot and cold body wrap, which is long as much more useful, although it doesn’t hold the heat for any length of time at all.

The smell is very nice. Overall, my new favorite aftershave Balm.I've been suffering from on-and-off knee discomfort in recent weeks, and I felt I had to give this a shot. I'm delighted I finally found something that helps my knees. Now that I've utilized this as a cold pack, I'm able to go around freely. It deserves 4.5⭐️Stars. Hope you find this review and video/pictures helpful. It stays on my knee for longer than I expected, and it freezes quickly and lasts for a long time. It reduces inflammation caused by arthritis and aids in the recovery of knee injuries. This product has no problems in my opinion. It has been quite beneficial to me and is fairly unique. Overall, I like this product.

Soothing Relief And Very Versatile!
This item can be used on a variety of areas, so I decided to put it to the test. I much prefer heat therapy over cooling therapy, so I tried that first. The manual says to heat it in 10 second increments, no more than 40 seconds; I started with 10 but it wasn't very warm, so I went up to 20 seconds and still wanted a little more heat. After 30 seconds, it felt great.I placed the wrap on my knee first, and it's definitely a little bulky but the velcro straps keep it in place. The same goes for wearing it on the elbow, but once again it stayed in place as I moved around, etc. It can also be used on the back, but wearing it that way is a little tricky because the straps will have to connect to each other to wrap around your waist as opposed to wrapping around the top and the bottom of your knee, elbow, etc. The gel pack needed to be reheated after approximately 30 minutes, but it's such a quick process to reheat it.I did test out the cooling therapy, and it takes two hours to chill the gel pack. It's definitely something you would have to plan for as opposed to the heat therapy which can be microwaved in a matter of seconds. The gel pack stayed cold longer than the heat since it was frozen, and it was still cold after wearing it for 30 minutes. No matter which method you choose for your pain, this product will definitely provide soothing relief in a variety of areas.

Quality wrap, although it gaps a little too much at the knee
Overall, this wrap is well made and multifunctional. The main fabric is nice and thick, with enough give to provide comfort without compromising compression. The stitching is even and strong, and the part around the ring is reinforced. It looks like it was built to last.It is made to be big enough for multiple joints, although I have found that it works better for my elbow than for my knee. Because of the difference in size between my thigh and my calf, it ends up gapping strangely in the middle, near the joint itself, so I don't get much compression there, even when I have the hot/cold pack in. The addition of another strap in the middle would fix the problem, and I may just add another Velcro strap to it.The pouch that holds the hot/cold pack does put fabric between the pack and the skin, but it is thin, so it still lets a little too much cold through for sensitive skin. I've found that I usually need to add another cloth. For the most part, though, this is a very useful, well-made wrap.

Well made; soft and sturdy
The media could not be loaded. This is nice. It's made very well. The fabric is soft and sturdy. It has a soft gel pack that fits in a pocket on the underside. You can place the gel pack in the freezer for a couple hours, for cold therapy. Or, heat it in the microwave in 10 second increments until warm enough, for heat therapy. It's easy to use. It will help with pain and inflammation. You can use it on many areas of the body.Keep in mind, if you plan on using this for the stomach or back, it won't fit around the waist area for larger people. I weigh 170lbs. It fits around my waist. But, if I was any bigger, it wouldn't be big enough to attach the velcro. You can still use it, like you would use a regular heating pad.It can only be spot washed with a damp cloth, as needed. It can't be submerged in water, or dried in a machine dryer. The manual also says not to use detergent or soap when cleaning it.

Very nice, but a bit bulky, and doesn't heat evenly
My wife gets knee aches pretty frequently, so we got this wrap to help alleviate those aches. It did a pretty good job the last time she had a knee ache, but there were two things she didn't love about it. First, the hot gel pack got very hot around the edges, but it was still lukewarm in the middle. We tried pushing the gel around the pack to even it out, but it didn't work very well. The second issue for her was how bulky the wrap was on her knee. When her leg was straight, it wasn't an issue, but when she bent her knee, it was somewhat uncomfortable. She will certainly keep using this when she gets knee aches, but she just wishes it was less bulky and did a better job heating more evenly.
