Great for my poor feet
I have calcaneal spurs and these cushioned inserts add that extra bit of comfort. They feel and look sturdy enough to withstand plenty of walking. Easy to insert into boots/shoes and stay in place. Recommended.

They appear all ok just getting used to them.It says to take the disk out of the middle.I may leave it in for now. They are pretty comfortable.

I suffer with heal issues and those heel cups are very comfortable and it is a amazing value for money. I've tried other brands before and so far they are the best.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.
Do not waste your money on buying this product. I wore for 4hrs and the pain in my heel was awful even thou I had taken the ring out to protect my spur. There is no return policy even thou they dont do what they say they should. Total waste of money.

Bought for son 13 yrs who has a heel spur and was in pain, especially playing football. With the removable middle bit it helps relieve the heel pressure. Now have one in all his shoes and says they are very comfy. Tried so many different insoles and these are the best.
