Insecto Smoke Bombs - Mini 3.5g (pack of 6)

I purchased these products as my flatmate recently moved from a house with bedbugs, so we treated the flat for reasurance.So far i have not been bitten.They are relatively effective, although i guess nothing can compare to a full fumigation. I also had an ant problem at the time, and still have some ants in the flat, but i beleive you need more smoke per cubic mtr to deal with them, but my main focus was on the bedbug issue.I did one room at a time working my way through the house, completing the final room once all others had been treated and aired.It has an unpleasant smell, which easily passes through door cracks. but what else would you expect from a incetesticide.

These are TINY; I thought they'd be big enough for my whole two-bed flat, but ended up using 3 each in the two main 'problem rooms'. They really smoke out the room, and leave a lingering smoke odour for a couple of days. The way the smoke evens out and spread into all the nooks and crannies of the room is much better than the aerosol type foggers, which were completely innefective.They also spark a lot while lighting, be sure to place on a large plate to avoid melted carpets!If you're looking at this product, I'd say that these smaller units would be fine for areas without many fleas but would reccomend larger 'bombs' for problem rooms.

Easy yo use

We had a millipede in our car, it hitch hiked from our holiday in France. After trying a few things to trap it to ensure it wouldn’t land on my head while I was driving, we decided the little smoke bomb might work! IT DID! It was the only thing after using it that gave me confidence it wouldn’t reappear and I could drive the car again.These ones are small, which was exactly what we needed. My husband also used one in our shed before we had a clear out . Just brilliant!

These do not work for fleas. Our cat had kittens which cannot be protected from fleas so inevitably for some and although we managed to keep these at a minimum we purchased these bombs for the room once they had been rehomed. Have used 4 - 1 on its own twice and then 2 together (the room is 25 cubic metre) but the fleas are everywhere and have not been touched by these bombs. Have now used flea room sprays and carpet powder to try and rid them. Total waste of money

Renting another building next door which turned out to have a wasp problem. I left 2 of these on yesterday, with the building sealed overnight. This morning there is a big pile wasps on the floor and several on the window ledges. However, on closer inspection, many of the wasps are still moving, all be it very slowly. At least I can safely remove them without getting stung.It does appear to have killed the spiders.I'll probably need to set some more off as wasp larva hatch.

Works perfect

It is too early to really rate the effectiveness of these bombs as yet hence the four star rating.We moved into a property that was 'less than clean' recently and we think it came with incumbent residents! Our dog was the first to suffer (she is regularly treated with monthly anti flea & tick stuff and we have never experienced any problems). In the meantime the fleas thought they would try us as well - yucks!!! So we have set the bombs off in the house and in the car. We are ordering more to hit everything again in a few days time. Dog is being bathed regularly too. Bombs seem to work well and not as ghastly a smell as I thought. They arrived very promptly from ordering so great customer service too.Hopefully our residents will have turned up their toes in the near future and we can live happily - flea free!
