Great little speakers, excellent quality / perfect for what I required.

Incredible speakers for their size. Before I installed these, I was struggling to hear the higher frequency range of my system thanks to my sub overpowering my speakers. Now I can feel my ears bleed everytime there's a 'clap' or a snare drum in the music. Unbelievable performance, especially for their size. Considering turning down the 8-16kHz range on the EQ if the bleeding continues..... They also emit a lot of the higher vocals as well surprisingly.

The tweeters are: 45mm in diameter, 25mm in heightSpeaker impedance is 3.5 OhmsWhy second pair you might ask. I bought the Logitech Z906 and it sound horrible due to lack of dynamic range - poor high frequency because it does have any tweeters. The ironic thing is, those Z906 speakers are THX certificated. If this is what THX supposed to sound like, I will stay away from THX for the rest of my life.So I did a bit of modification by add tweeters to the satellites. Having tried several other, THESE In-phase tweeters are the one I'm most satisfied with. So I bought a second pair and just add one to the center as front left and front right have already dealt with. The rear are currently installed with a pair of Alpine which I might buy a 3rd pair of In-phase in the future.

Ok so initially these sounded great… until the capacitor in the crossover exploded and tripped my amp to protect.I had these wired in parallel with 2 other sets of tweeters on a 100w rms amp output. so (3 tweeters , 33w rms per tweeter) but never go to 100% volume. usually sit around 70% powerI have a crossover setup at the dsp to cut off all frequencies below 500hz and eq is flat, thats how i prefer it, obviously i had mid woofers and subs in network too.No gain at point in my system so only rms … i don’t go near pmpo. i like my music clear and loud.These blew after 2-3 mins of use whilst the rest of my tweeters kept going.My other tweeters are rated at 20w which is lower than these but they are working great.The supplied crossover is inadequate for the tweeter and voltage.

Price - Ease of fit - Multiple fitting solutions

First the bad- this thing is exactly the same size and fittings as the fli/ vibe components, it is slightly one notey, it does have a capacitor in a box crossover, it will not be 200w as the crossover wont allow that much power to flow and it doesnt go especially high (frequency).The good- softer and more tuneful than the fli/ vibe units, goes higher than them and does not make a harsh shrill noise, integrates well with a good freuency roll off and good output, good robust fittings and should be robust enough to survive a car- anything more delicate would likely suffer from the elements.

These speakers are amazing. Sound quality is superior to others out there.
