Been using this phone for a while since I broke my OnePlus 8 a couple of months ago. This phone is a nice performance jump from my previous phone. This refurbished phone never felt like I am using a refurbished device. Came new and I love my phone.The only issue I find and also mentioned by other is, it does not come with the original charger that others have mentioned. You need to order a original charger from the OnePlus.com website to take full advantage of the fast charging.

I ordered this phone for myself as a replacement of my old phone. The phone looks and functions like a brand new phone. This phone takes a high powered 125w charger to get the quickest charge. At first I get sent a regular charger. I messaged the seller and they sent me the 125w charger right away. I will definitely be buying my next phone with them.

The OnePlus 10t is a great phone, but whomever is refurbishing them is not. The first phone I received worked great, but had browning of the LCD (screen burn-in). Anytime there was a white background, you could see brown marks on the screen. I returned that phone for a second one. The second one showed up with the inner packaging already opened. The second phone works, but the battery lasts approximately 30 minutes. I started the initial set up of the phone with 60% battery and it died before I could get through the initial set up.Also, the pictures show a charger, but the phone only includes a generic black USB cable with no charging block.Save yourself the hassle and either buy elsewhere or buy it new.

Me hubiese gustado una mejor comunicación, como avisar con mejor precisión estado del artículo. El dispositivo perfecto excepto la tapa trasera que estaba totalmente fracturada. Solo eso. Vino con cargador lo cual se agradece. Por todo lo demás muy bien.

i bought a s21 galaxy ultra 2 weeks ago and returned it for the oneplus 10 t ..the battery in one plus is waybetter and charges way faster .the os is great and overall is better then the s21 ultra which is mainly hypeyou want a good phone withot the marketing hype get a oneplus

Obviously a high end phone. I am enjoying it.The camera in particular is fantastic with very clear picturesThe only thing I don't like about it is that some of the scratches on the phone are very obvious.Anyway a good phone.

The refurbished phone came wiped, and good as new, only thing was it was missing it's 125watt charger, but the listing said it probably would be so can't be upset about that when you're getting like new hardware at 33% it's worth.
