Blake's Poetry and Designs (Norton Critical Editions) Paperback – November 1, 2007

You can find it here; you just have to pursue it a bit.Update after I received the wrong edition from a used-book dealer here: The listing of "Blake's Poetry and Designs" in Amazon is bolixed up. What is represented as 2nd edition, a 40 year-newer and far different edition, is actuallly listing 1st edition copies, not 2nd edition. Adding to the confusion is that used book sellers here are also confused.An easy way to tell the difference is in the cover design.I've notified Amazon and hope they can untangle this mess.

This scholarly text, nicely bound and including exquisite color prints of at least a dozen of Blake's most memorable illustrations, will bring hours of satisfaction to Blake lovers and first-time readers of his work alike.

Book arrived in great condition. The print is small, but there’s a lot of his work contained therein.

A brightly colored ensemble, representative of Blake's best work. The graphics are clear and brilliant as if fresh from the ink pot of William Blake. The etchings show every line.

The book was in perfect conditions and it was very useful.

The editors of this text did a fine job. I've noticed especially their choice of page breaks and quotations on the more difficult poems (the Prophetic Books) are admirable. They've made the poetry from our beloved William Blake accessible to a wider audience by editing his text to decrease the chance of confusion through mere ambiguity.

This book is of very low quality. I adore Blake’s poetry, so the content is sound, however the pages are thin and flimsy (more like bible pages), the binding is weak, and the text is faint. I don’t mind paperbacks, but I’ve never seen one so poorly made.
