The media could not be loaded. Ordered this Samsung refrigerator this week and got it at a lightning deal of 62.5K using 12 months EMI option with my SBI card. This fridge is humongous. The build quality is heavy and looks durable in all aspects. Very easy to understand the functions, mobile app too. Ample storage for a family of 4-5 members. The twin cooling option is game changer, ensures rapid cooling with dedicated fan for each side (freezer and fridge). The delivery was perfect - made a unboxing video too ensure that no damage in transit. Samsung team reached out to me within a day for installation. Hassle free in terms of everything. Overall performance looks good within first few days. Goes upto minus 21 in freezer.

I bought this fridge for 54000 in summer large appliance sale. Fridge wise no issues except ice maker box.Samsung not providing ice maker box and egg tray if you buy it from Amazon or Flipkart. When I contact Samsung they asked me to contact Amazon only and Amazon not taking responsibility.Smart things app working good. app will show door open and close notification. Power consumption. Temperature settings only. We can not convert settings from mobile app.No display outside.We have to open fridge to change temperature settings manually.Fridge will show current temperature and set temperature. Convertible option are really good.Quality of plastic and temper glass just ok quality.LG is really good in this segment.Cons : daily 1.6 to 1.8 unit power consumption with very lite usage. My temp setting deep freezer -15 fridge 4 temperature.Little compressor noise.Not all temper glass corner are covered. Left and right side no plastic cover. We need to be Little careful when clean glass side edges.

Despite different model numbers for online and offline versions, they are 99.99% identical. The only notable difference is that the online model includes an ice tray but lacks an ice tray box, which is included with the offline model. Therefore, don't be surprised if the product description on Amazon differs slightly from what you see in showrooms.Why I Didn't Choose the Water/Ice Dispenser Model:I opted not to go for the water/ice dispenser model for several reasons:Maintenance:The water/ice dispenser model requires higher maintenance.Capacity: It has a water capacity of just 4.5 liters, and using the dispenser reduces the freezer capacity by approximately 20 liters.Cost:The model with the water/ice dispenser costs an additional 30k, which isn't justified by the reduction in capacity and the higher maintenance requirements.Glass Door Option: Not Worth the Extra CostSimilarly, the model with a glass door is essentially the same except for the door material, which adds another 30k to the price. The extra cost for the glass door did not seem worth it to me.**The 5-in-1 Convertible Feature**One of the standout features of this refrigerator is the 5-in-1 convertible function. However, it's important to note that a complete conversion from freezer to fridge or vice versa takes about 6 to 8 hours, according to the Samsung technician.*SmartThings App and Energy Consumption*The SmartThings app is a handy tool that shows power consumption. With just a few items in the fridge/freezer, it consumes approximately 1.34 kWh per day. You can use this information to calculate your electricity usage based on your local rates.*Final Thoughts*Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. This refrigerator offers excellent value for money, especially when compared to the prices in physical showrooms. The lack of an ice tray box in the online model is a minor inconvenience, and the higher-priced models with additional features like a water/ice dispenser or glass door did not seem to provide enough added value for the extra cost. The 5-in-1 convertible feature and energy monitoring through the SmartThings app are valuable additions that enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of this refrigerator.
