The top band is double the elastication and constrict circulation
I’ve had the unstitch the top band to make them wearable. Will serve for a short time but really tight at the top.

I bought these to wear overnight to help with peripheral neuropathy
unfortunately after about 1 hour have to take them off as they become painful, maybe not suitable for this kind of neuropathy
