One of the best hot tubs I have had,sturdy easy to handle and easy too inflare would readily recommend the hot tub for garden or conservatory use,Excellent value.

I ordered my hot tub on the 12th May and got a window of delivery off Amazon 16th-19th May. This date came and went. Then Amazon said if it's not delivered by 22nd I can request a refund. The 22nd came and went. Then Amazon said your parcel may be lost but still might get delivered. A tracking number was supplied by the seller when I paid for the item which I put in DPDs website and tracked it there. Plenty of updates and then it said item received and being delivered on 24th May with an hour delivery window. 12 days after purchase date.I nearly went through Amazon and started the cancellation refund process but I thought just give it a couple of days. Glad I did.No communication of seller but the updates off DPD were almost daily.Item looks good quality and comes with RCD plug tops already fitted but they're two pin, but supplied with adapter's to three pin. Cable is three core (LNE) and around 4.8m in length. LED cable around 4.5m with fitted waterproof transformer. Can't say how it performs as not yet got up and running due to putting a dedicated power supply from consumer unit.Overall happy so far. Time will tell.UPDATE>11 June 25Due to fitted plugs being two pin with adapters to three pin plugs these don't fit outside waterproof double sockets. I replaced these with three pin plugs as the dedicated power supply is protected with an RCD at the consumer unit.Unpacked hot tub and everything is in great condition. Plugged in and Inflated quickly and LEDs fitted easily.It took around 1hr to fill and 20hrs to heat to 39*c from 14*c. Looks great. Thermal cover is a good fit with 8 quick clips to pull down and hold in place although it is thin it does hold in heat. I might buy a thicker cover for winter. Overall happy with it so far.

I have contacted the seller when we had problems with the hot tub inflating. I must say they were fabulous and sent a replacement immediately. However I need to contact them again but I can't seem to be able to. Perhaps they could contact me. I would be grateful

Easy to assemble and disassemble. Heats quite fast. We love it
