Great roast and blend for a pour over. Try smooth and no bitterness. I use a 15:1 water to coffee ratio with a chemex pour over. I pour right off the boil, Bloom for 30 seconds top off to 200ml of water let it settle a bit and then pour the remaining 100ml. Terrific flavors and wonderful aroma. Low acidity roast when brewed as above.

My only issue is that they use USPS for shipping. If you want really slow shipping and no way to know where your package actually is, use the slow and ineffective USPS. Otherwise, the coffee is delicious. It's clear they care about product (bean) quality.

I was very unimpressed by this coffee, I sample a lot of coffees, drink a lot of fair trade, small batch coffees, this one doesn’t have a great coffee flavor compared to my experiences. After purchasing I noticed the multi origin which I don’t normally drink as single origin is recommended.

The quality of onyx coffee is the best! They have some of the greatest roasts. And although it can be a little bit more on the pricier end for coffee, it is definitely worth it.The packaging itself is so aesthetic and is a whole experience receiving this!A great gift idea, especially for coffee lovers!!
