Very please with controller . Feels great in my hands

First off, my mistake I thought this was new, and purchased it by mistake.When the item arrived, the box looked like it survived a flight on Malaysian Airlines Flight 370. But who cares, the controller looked in new condition. Plugged it in to charge using their cable, and a few hours later attempted to use it. It will not pair only work with the wired connection. Soon as you unplug it, it disconnects.I have tried following instructions off the manual, I have tried googling and it just appears to be broken. Rather than returning this product for them to pawn off to one of you, I am choosing to destroy this controller and write you this colorful review of why we don’t buy refurbished crap.

The controller has a good weight and premium feel in my hands. Purchased primarily for use with my Switch, but was never able to successfully connect wirelessly as advertised. Primarily use as a wired controller cause I still like it more than the joycons.

Left bumper is not working right out of the box. You can feel it doesn't click at all and it doesn't register on the button test. Not worth.

Si tienes una ninteno swicht y quieres un buen control pero no tienes el dinero para permitirte el control de ninteno, entonces comprate este, la caliddad de este control supero mis espectativas. El control en si es bueno, ligero, comodo al tacto, tiene el giroscopio de para poder jugar too tipos de juegos, tiene una pagina online en donde se pueden actualizar los controles si es que lo necesitas y tambien tiene las palancas magneticas para que los controles no tengan drift. En mi opinion este control es mejor que el control de nintendo y es mas barato. Tambien cabe mencionar que la bateria dura mucho. Y por ultimo me gustaria comentarles que despues de haberlo probado no me a generado ningun tipo de problema y eso que ya llevo jugadas mas de 30 horas con este control en el nuevo zelda.

Controller is a bit glitchy, sometimes makes game screen shake a little.

My son is an avid game player. I bought this for Christmas and I have no regrets. My son is very happy with it and it works great for his Nintendo switch. The controller is very responsive and has zero issues so far.
