At least for me, this is a pretty different type of finger exerciser than I’ve normally used otherwise. I’ve used countless types of the “squeezers”, both for hands and finger strength...But this goes a step further and is much more targeted to people that use finger dexterity in not a “normal” way (at least not me). You use this *when* you’re actually practicing and playing your guitar or similar instrument - and it works really well.When I first got it, it was much smaller than I expected (as in photo, tiny in my hand), but that isn’t a bad thing. In this case, it’s exactly how it should be. I also thought it looked and felt somewhat fragile, but 3 months later, and it’s still holding strong and has not lost any noticeable tension.I use it daily when practicing guitar. I shoot for about 15 minutes, minimum per hand (yes, I use it on both hands).If you’re a musician - or just someone that needs extra dexterity in their fingers, I would definitely recommend this.

I tried few rubber-band styles and found this to be the most comfortable, most right sized (I have rather smaller hands than an average male) and most productive and effective hand strength exercise gadget for guitar fretting hand workouts. I recommend it.But...it only lasted 4 months before band broke (bought in late May - broke in early Sept). This is after light use - not daily, perhaps weekly at most. And the device was always kept in room temperature, handled with care and not stretched to a point of breakage.Do I recommend it still - yes for what it offers to you. But just be ready to throw it out in few months and buy another...then another...then another. I already bought 2 more.

First off, I was really excited to see this product when it came out. It’s a great concept. Unfortunately, it is not very sturdy. I purchased 3 and 2 of them broke within the first hour of use. I was simply stretching my pinky and index fingers away from the other fingers back and forth. Nothing intense or that would cause friction. Save your money for a V2 when they make the elastic more durable. Quite the disappointment!

Designed with the stringed instrument player in mind, this finger exerciser is meant to help you warm up before performances and help increase muscle strength.This finger exerciser consists of flexible plastic rings connected by elastic cord resistance bands. The resistance is pretty strong. It took some getting used to when wearing it while playing my uke. I found I could only use it for short periods of time at first. I have thin fingers and I found the rings would work their way down my fingers while I played. Some of my musician friends with arthritis found the pressure from the rings was too painful to use at all.It is a cool little exercise device and can be used without an instrument to improve muscle strength.

Nice idea but it broke within a month of light use. Don't recommend it.

I buy this D'Addario Accessories Dexterity Band Finger Exerciser for making my finger strongness and move goodly. I have played guitar for many year, but my finger always feel weak and not fast. This finger exerciser is the best thing for make them good.This hand strengthener really helps me with my finger strength and dexterity. I use it every day for a few minutes and I can feel the difference in my fingers. They move more smoothly and quickly, and I can play guitar better now. The finger grip strengthener increases finger speed and fluidity.The finger exerciser is easy to use, just put your fingers through the loops and exercise them. It's soft and comfortable on the fingers, and doesn't hurt them. The finger strengthener is made of durable materials and can withstand a lot of use. It's also small and compact, so I can take it with me anywhere I go.Overall, I really like this finger exerciser and hand strengthener. I was surprised at how tiny and simple this thing is, and my initial thought was it couldn't be worth the price. But I was wrong. After playing with this for a few minutes I can definitely see how this will strengthen the fingers if used regularly for just part of your practice session. And it doesn't really cost much more than a set of guitar strings, so I think it IS worth the price.Once you've followed the instructions for putting it on once, you'll see how it goes on to and comes off of your fingers in mere seconds. Well designed with just the right amount of tension in the elastic, this seems like it would work for a wide range of hand sizes and playing styles. Recommended.

Nicely packaged. Little to no smell.Installation/setup: Slip fingers into plastic holes, stretch elastic to exercise fingers.Final thoughts: I got this because it’s been a while since I’ve played my guitar and I’m way out of shape. I realize the best way to get your hands back in shape is to play a lot, but I’m not in the position to do that all day. This gives me the option to get my hands back in form, letting me stretch and exercise any time and just about anywhere I go. I like this and I’m glad I got it.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

A waste of money. I have made my own much more practical and successful product with the elastic band that came inside the box.
