So Far So Great
From first impressions and setting up it was simple and at ease, it didn’t come with a quick start guide but that’s ok, I used there digital version and that got me along just fine. It’s as advertised and that’s amazing. Note if you’re looking for the extra screws and stuff they are in the back metal compartment in the extra hard drive trays I guess that’s also according to who assembled your device. All I can say is hey I’m impressed so far and this is my first gaming PC so I’m giving it a go. The lighting RBG is wow it’s a first for me it definetly shows off all the PC has to offer inside, durability haven’t gotten the chance to test that yet but will update the review in the future, smoothness it exceeded my expectations for right out of the box. Also comes with a mouse and key board believe it or not it says on the listing just a power cord but in fine print you’ll find where it does come with those items not the best but hey there there.

Incredibly powerful and enjoyable pc
This pc, for me, is a 10/10. I did not know much about pc gaming or high end pc's in general going into this, which is why I went with a pre built instead of building it myself. I had ordered a different brand on amazon before this one, and I had a ton of issues with it right out the box. I ended up returning it, and I ended up ordering this one, with extreme trepidation. And I am happy to report that I cannot come up with a single negative thing to say about this computer. It is everything I wanted out of a gaming pc and more. It is very quiet even under high gpu load, and while under said load (playing apex or red dead 2 with mods etc) I have never had temps above 65 celsius. The ddr5 ram is blazing fast, and with 32 gigs right out of the box, for me, there's no reason to upgrade. The Sata slot is very easily accessible for ssd upgrades, and the lighting software is so seamless. I will always recommend skytech gaming to anyone looking to buy a pre-built, and I could not he happier with this purchase.

Smooth and capable.
18 months in, and this system runs smooth as butter, handling everything I throw at it with ease. It's more or less what I would have built myself, with little overhead added cost.

Do not recommend! My desktop worked for a few hours and then crashed and won't load anymore.
Ordered a new desktop for Black Friday. Came a couple days later than originally claimed, but that's OK and expected around this busy holiday season. It came with extra keyboard and mouse, but no quick-start instructions like another reviewer said (even though it had a sheet saying to read the quick-start instructions). Found them online. Was very excited to use it. It seemed to load very quickly and I was able to download Valorant and start playing in under an hour. Played fine for an hour on the first day, but on the second day the computer screen froze after an hour of gaming (in the middle of a game). I had to turn off the computer and after turning back on, it no longer loads Windows! It just gets stuck in the system BIOS screen. After some internet searching, it looks like the SSD is not being recognized since BIOS says there's no bootable devices. Tried to follow a provided flowchart that came with the desktop on simple debugging techniques (like suggested actions of unplugging cords, re-inserting RAM, SSD, etc.) but none of this changed anything. This has been so frustrating! It's been about 3-4 hours of debugging since it crashed and nothing has worked.Left a message for customer support and waiting to hear back if they have any suggestions to fix this (they are not available outside of normal business hours). If no luck, I plan to return this. Will provide an update.Overall, even if it gets fixed, I *do not* recommend this to anyone else - it's not worth the headache of trying to fix and this company clearly has quality assurance issues. For me, the whole point of buying a pre-built was to avoid this kind of debugging!

It's been 4 months already!
First of all $2,000 for this pc is a big high but is understandable due labor + profits.Pc works good, 1080 or 1440p, I got the one with the 4070 and after 3 months playing at 1080, 240hz never had an issue, crashes or performance. I love that all the rgb with fans can be synced using signaLRGBOnly side issues was that sometimes AIO FANS are too noisy and when I first got the pc one of the fans was loose or damaged, but they straight sent me a fan replacement in less than 2 weeks which is a plus. The motherboard on this pc doesn't have that many M.2 slots, it's really basic but there's room for upgrade. Power supply is not modular, but works good with 650w but if you want to upgrade your GPU you'll need to replace the PSU, and that's what I did, I sold the 4070 and got a 7900xtx and it's been working smooth at 1440p 144hz with a upgraded 1000 PSU From Asus.About the case, doesn't have that much of room for cable management or if you want to add sleeved cables it's really tight on that.Overall a bit overpriced system but works good, you can still get better deals from their website I saw one for $1,700 with a 4070 ti, but I still don't regret the purchase. Support from Skytech its been good.

Great out of the box, Amazing value for Prime day Deal
Snagged this on prime day and it was an amazing value for the price. Comes with a mouse and keyboard as well which aren’t great but a nice touch. Able to run helldivers 2 on 1440 on ultra at well over 120 fps and runs any game just as smooth. Easy to upgrade as case and motherboard is accessible and not as loud as many reviews make it seem. Great value and would highly recommend
