I would like to begin by stating that I am a licensed HVAC contractor with over 30 years of experience working on HVAC and refrigeration systems. I have worked on 10s of 1000s of systems, some as small as a fan for your room to systems larger than your entire house. One of the most difficult and time-consuming pieces of equipment to work on is an ice machine. Please read this before returning and thinking there is a malfunction. #1 -When you first go for a start-up up look closely in the back of the inside bin. There is a straight length of plastic pipe about 6 to 7 '' long. On the bottom of that pipe, there as small predrilled holes. When water goes through those holes, it will come out unevenly. Please pay attention, take a piece of wood, wrap it with a small piece of rag at the end, and make contact with the plastic pipe running along the pipe and tap gently, taking care not to damage the pipe. Recheck the refill process and see if it it refilling properly and uniformly. Be advised that their machine is coming right off that assembly line with parts that did not go through quality control, but if it's an easy fix on your end. Do your detective work and watch the cycle function carefully, and you can easily figure this out. #2-There are 2 air inlets and 1 air outlet. Make sure that the location you chose to install your ice machine has enough clearance for it to breathe. This has a great impact onfunctionality. #3- Do not hook up your ice machine to a direct line with the filter. if you do, I can pretty much guarantee you will get approximately 2 years out of your machine. The water quality in your area, even with a filter,r does not filter out calcium and minerals, and this is what clogs up your machine. If you are not feeling well and coming down with a cold or flu, the chances of the source of this illness are 98% is coming from your ice machine, especially when you first get it. Everybody wants to get their hands on it . The human hand is filthy in nature, and regular cleaning maintenance is highly recommended to keep your household safe from getting sick. Thought it was going to be easy, huh LOL. Other than that, my ice machine works pretty dam good .

Had it less than a week it stopped making ice !!water not pumping over ice tray .Tried to contact selller no answer !! I will have to pay shipping cost to send it back for a refund.I did not want my money back I wanted it fixed or replaced . I would recommend buying this product !!And the shipping label is to an address that doesn't exist!!

I need ice daily. Lots of ice. This produces more than 100# per day. It cycles every 13 minutes and quickly fills an extremely spacious bin. The bin is well-insulated, and holds the ice perfectly even though the unit is in my hot (in the summer) garage. To me this ice maker is perfect.It replaced a different brand ice maker that had less capacity - both in producing the ice and in holding the ice. Although it was satisfactory, its storage capacity was not, and the ice tended to melt if not used within a couple of hours of being produced. Its cycle time was 30 minutes, yet its cost was about the same as this Winado unit. Don't let the low price fool you - this is a great machine.I strongly recommend it.

This icemaker works really good when it runs out of room for ice. E2 Code comes up But once you move the ice, it’s continues to make again only thing I didn’t like is it’s hard to find a replacement filter. Don’t know where to look.

It makes ice I don't have a problem with it when it gets full I will empty the ice and put it in my deep freezer I want this because I do alot of fishing and always have a hard time finding ice early in the morning but not anymore

We camp a lot during the summer, and we purchased this ice machine instead of buying all those bags of ice. We absolutely love this ice machine. The ice production is very fast. I recommend this ice maker.

I wished i knew that the ice holder didnt keep ice frozen.

Please do not buy this machine. I have it for one month and they were fine after that doesn’t work. I will try to contact the company to get money back or replacement for the machine. It was impossible no answer no money back no support from Amazon because it’s a third-party company who sold that item do not buy this product otherwise you will loosen your money
