Unable to find support for the car seats I have purchased
I am trying to get support but there are no options for product support besides returning the product. The front seat covers I ordered and like, fit the driver's seat but do not fit the passenger seat. I have tried to contact customer service to understand my options but it's impossible. Can I replace just the passenger seat cover, do you have the seat cover needed, if I send the current order back will my new order contain the correct seat covers? Who knows.IF I find a way to communicate with support to resolve my issue I will likely give this product a high rating but based on my current experience, this is a good product if the sale and fitment are perfect the first time around. If there are any questions you have a huge problem.To be clear, based on the product received I want to give 5 stars but customer service is 90% of a good product. NLQR did NOT give bad support, the Amazon model just doesn't promote customer support.
